Mini communication mat which is on a lanyard.  This is ideal for taking out with you so the person you are supporting can communicate to you how they are feeling and what they need help with if they are feeling overwhelmed  It is double sided,  size is approx 14.5 cms (A6), and it is attached to a lanyard all of which help to make it easy to use and carry around.
