Everything you need in a calm down kit. A handy lidded box so you can take the box out with you. A tangle fidget toy and a neon stress ball (colours of which may vary). The box itself has vinyl mindfulness patterns on so it is very tactile and the patterns can be traced with a finger to encourage focus on something else. There is also a keyring so that the person using the box can show how they are feeling. The box also comes with a set of calm cards in an organza bag (colour of bag may vary). The cards have visual prompts of how to calm down including using the contents of the box and other techniques such as counting to 10, getting a drink, stretching your body etc. 
Different options available for boxes - 3 colours and personalised or non personalised available.
